Andre Drayton is the chief executive officer of Outside Plug LLC. Prior to becoming the founder of OPLLC, he served a 15-year prison sentence for possession of drugs and during his incarceration, he chose to educate and rehabilitate himself. He changed his life by studying law and understanding the politics associated with the criminal justice system. 

Andre was raised in the North Bronx of New York City and learned about diversity after attending a boarding school (The Stony Brook School) for 4 years. Unfortunately and what appears to be a common occurrence for people of color, Andre became a product of his environment. Eventually, he ended up in prison and served a lengthy sentence. The systemic racism became so clear in prison that Andre developed a passion to become an advocate and truly make a difference in our society.
