Our CEO, Andre Drayton was formerly incarcerated for more than fifteen years. During his sentence, he studied criminal law extensively and assisted many with post-conviction litigation. Doing this for a substantial length of time allowed him to obtain undisputable experience from the criminal justice system that is necessary to formulate a meritorious petition that will enhance the chances of regaining freedom.

During his time post-incarceration, he has created a blueprint that others can follow when given the opportunity to reincorporate themselves back into society. Outside Plug, LLC delivers that blueprint humbly. Andre Drayton strongly elaborates on the mindset that recidivism can truly be avoided.
