Outside Plug LLC is a research-based referral service primarily established to assist offenders who are not at liberty to have direct access to specified outside sources. (This service can also be utilized by an outside third party on behalf of an offender who is a client of OUTSIDE PLUG LLC) 

I hereby authorize OUTSIDE PLUG LLC to assist me with issues that I cannot resolve inside the penal facility that I am currently serving time in. I am enclosing the NON-REFUNDABLE annual fee of $200.00 to activate my account.

SOME PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE APPROPRIATE ASSISTANCE. (i.e.: attorney’s fees.)

The annual required contractual fee and any possible additional fees are non- refundable unless, appropriate referral services within OUR GUIDELINES are not rendered by “OPLLC”. Additionally, not utilizing the services of “OPLLC” does not entitle me to a refund.                       

Outside Plug LLC, reserves the right to provide services that are bound by State and Federal Laws of the United States. Any request contrary to the U.S. State and Federal Laws are grounds for your contractual agreement to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.                                        

Each client will be allowed a maximum of 3 BASIC REFERRALS per month. Monthly BASIC REFERRALS are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Once “OUTSIDE PLUG LLC” receives your contractual agreement signed and notarized you will receive your welcome packet further explaining our terms and policies.
